Visual Appeal and Atmosphere
Pros:
"Walking down the stairs you could see how visually appealing the place was and it looked a lot of fun."
"Both courses were very well maintained and throughout our play we saw staff who always seemed happy and engaging."
"Really enjoyable & nice design. Atmospheric with lights and sound designs."
"A great mini golfing spot with a lovely atmosphere which is clean with friendly staff."
"Best minigolf I have been. Great experience. 2 different minigolf courses with different styles."
"Located in the shopping centre. Was busy when we went early Sat eve. Two crazy courses. One Inca trail style and the other rainforest."
"A great place to wile away about 30 to 40 minutes on a Saturday afternoon. Was quite busy so there was quite a lot of waiting for people in front of you between holes but overall a good laugh."
"I had so much fun! Leicester definitely needed more options for activities to do. This is a great place, offering two different mini-golf courses, with fun decor!"
Cons:
"It it not good for visually impaired people/epileptic people. The staff where not understanding of the issue."
"There were only a few steps/kerbs low enough for me to drive over around this course and around the Tropical trail course."
"Too loud and the lights are weird. Every speaker is playing a different sound and it is impossible to focus on anything."
"Some kids there were possibly a little young, I'd not take a child less than 8 years old personally."
"I’m sorry to say that I won’t be going to The Treetop Golf again. The golf itself was ok but I thought it was going to be like crazy golf to find that majority of the holes are just on a green surface with a slight slope and jungle noises around you, nothing to rave about."
Staff and Service
Pros:
"We approached the counter to pay with a very friendly member of staff greeting us."
"The staff were all great, the pizza & garlic bread that we did have were generous portion sizes, drinks were excellent."
"Very helpful and smiling staff."
"The golf courses were well designed and super fun for all ages. The staff were so kind and friendly and really made an effort to make our experience as enjoyable as possible."
"The staff are always friendly and smiling away. The courses are kept neat and maintained well!"
"The staff are brilliant and helpful. There is also a chance to win a free game at the end of your golf ⛳️!"
"The staff were fantastic, they couldn't have done any more...well...maybe they could of played for us, but that would have been it."
"Staff were amazing and will say one of the best coffees we have had while visiting Manchester"
Cons:
"The only downside was the amount of people, which led to large queues."
"It was quite busy for a Thursday afternoon so I can only imagine how packed it is on a weekend, luckily we had a good group in front of us but I can see it being problematic."
"The customer service was amazing and it was outstanding. The course it’s self is very fun I’d recommend the jungle course."
"Terrible. I took six 13yr olds and they refused to do the 2nd course as couldn't stand the queues. Staff were rude when I complained about the amount of people."
"Me and my boyfriend decided to go for his birthday. It was raining that day, so the floor was slippery and he slipped on the stairs and cut his arm. The staff member who served us wasn’t very apologetic."
Price and Value
Pros:
"So for £15 per person which in today's economy is excellent value, it's something that lasted three of us 2 hours with a little drink break in the middle."
"Absolutely Fantastic Experience. Very clean. Staff helpful and friendly. I took my son for his birthday and they all wished him a happy birthday which made it a special day for him! We also arrived at 10am (when they opened) and got 'The early bird' which was pay for one course and get the other for free, making both courses for a family of 4 £31.50 for 38 holes! Worth every penny!"
"What an amazing place! Came in and paid for 36 holes for 2 people which came to £30. You get to choose between 2 different 18 hole courses (so we were able to do both). Value for money is unrivalled."
"Two of us went on a Saturday night and, although a bit crowded, the course seemed to flow very well. I like that you can just show up and play, no booking needed."
"Fantastic indoor crazy golf two 18-hole course with a bonus 19th hole at the end to win a free game."
"Great for a couple of hours fun. It does get very hot especially for the children. There needs to be a better system to allow people to leave without having to fight through crowds of people who are waiting to get in."
"A good place to go on a date with someone. Also a great place to have fun with friends/family. It is a fairly decent price per game (about 18 holes per game)."
"Going in early can grant you an early bird pass, which lets you play all the holes. Has a nice selection of teas, coffees, and freshly baked pizza."
Cons:
"It's a lovely place, nice staff great atmosphere the only thing is the two course are pretty much identical, holes that was done on one was the same on the other course just flipped, so it doesn't really matter which course you pick just depends what setting you like."
"Really well set out, just way too busy!! Not enough distancing between groups made it an uncomfortable and claustrophobic."
"The price was fairly cheap but I've been to better. The venue looked more like a converted night club, poorly lit and overcrowded."
"A bit expensive for a game of crazy golf but kids will enjoy it. Nice they have lockers to put your bags in but have a pound coin ready."
"Grossly expensive for a bit of crazy golf, very dark, and very very warm in there to be comfortable."
"Way above par. Visited on their opening weekend with friends and had a great time. An incredible amount of thought and expense has clearly gone into the fit out and you feel like you’ve been transported into another world as soon as you step through the doors."
"Visited before noon on a Saturday and we were able to do both courses for the price of one. Also for kids there are stickers, monkey masks and colouring available (if you ask nicely)."
"Great fun , little expensive to play compared to other places we have been in the Uk with similar indoor golf"
