Pros:

• "The male toilets absolutely STINK - nobody at customer services interested in sending a cleaner to do anything about it - you might expect the stench in a public facility but not one run by a premium supermarket!"

• "I used to go in store to do my shopping, but recently due to poor health/disabilities I had to use their online grocery delivery service. The first time was a bit disappointing as the quality of some of the fresh fruits was poor quality and damaged."
