Trails and Walks

Pros:

  • "Great trails. Its well kept as well as seems to allow for a variety of activities such as picnics, bbqs, cycling and walking the trails."
  • "A great Woodlands to explore, visit the sculpture made from a very old Oak tree, kids play area, picnic."
  • "Great views from the top across Gloucester and the rest of the county and beyond."
  • "Lovely views of Gloucester and areas to explore, meadows, woodland, streams."
  • "There are dozens of different routes to the beacon on top of the hill."
  • "Nice wildlife sculpture trail around the bottom but lots of different trails, includes ones which aren't signed."

  • "It was quite muddy there and could do with handrails of some sort for support, especially when coming down."

  • "Bring back the lovely old cafe and staff though. The new staff are beyond rude."
  • "Car park was full, not helped by fact many people parked their cars in a middle of what could easily be two car space."
