Shopping Experience

Pros:

• "Great shopping centre, has a good variety of shops."

• "Inside the market there are toilets available, there is a disabled which can be accessed with a Radar Key."
• "There is free parking in evenings on Weds and for part of Saturdays to entice customers."

• "The baby changing facilities here are excellent, which makes this a great place to go shopping with your family."
• "Since upgrading to the main lifts means more shoppers can now access the upper floor and car parks without waiting for ages for an empty lift."
• "Lovely clean environment plenty of cafes and restaraunt to choose from and also Department stores too. As I am disabled accessibility for free parking, free mobility scooter and wheel chair hire was very impressive."
• "With more than 2,250 parking spaces and a dedicated bus station, getting here couldn't be easier."

Cons:

• "The only downside is the fact that people in wheelchairs cannot access the inside some of the market stores as there they is a fairly large step up."

Atmosphere and Cleanliness

• "Interesting center piece upstairs where u find the butterfly wheel with a wishing pond at it's base."
