"No toilet or cafe in the castle itself."
"Being a castle it’s not suitable for disabled visitors."
"Not great for buggies (although there is a buggy park) wheelchair users and reduced mobility people will struggle with steep inclines and well as many internal areas with steep stairs."
"Very disappointing as had to find a place to park it up & leave it as way to hard to get around the whole area with a buggy let alone what it would be like with a wheelchair."
"The castle was too difficult for a wheelchair."
"Was difficult to manoeuvre around the venue with a baby in a baby carrier."
Value & Pricing

"Tickets can be bought on door. Excellent value for the time you spend in there (Think I paid £8.50)."
Cons:
"There isn't really a lot to see or read about inside this castle so the price of £6.90 per adult felt a bit steep."
"However not much to do there once you have looked around, no tea rooms.. And just a small gift shop."
"£7 entry feels a little on the steep side."
"In all felt it was expensive for a wonder round during children’s (be it Christmas) holidays as nothing going on during our visit."
"From the outside the castle is lovely but a bit pricey to go inside especially in this economic environment we are all in."
"All in all a nice trip but a little pricy."
"I think some of these places will need to drop their prices to let everyone have a chance to see these amazing places."
