"horrible agency, don't pay you right, and when you ring and ask why there has been a mistake they put the phone down on you, i was dealing with some racist abuse at a workplace, i went to the agency to talk about it and the agency manager jo just laughed in my face, which i felt was very unprofessional and disrespectful, very rude people, not there too help people find jobs, infact they abuse their power and think they have the right to pick and choose who can and can not work, branch manager is racist or at least thinks its funny."

"The Best Connection Agency is pretty decent in the sense of finding work for you relatively quickly but regarding the payroll they've been very bad!! Firstly my first ever payment due (On the Friday) by them was sent by cheque as they didn't take my bank details up to HR for some reason."

When I phoned up for my money I was told it was sooooo long ago (errr. 4.5 months ago) that they would tell administration about my claim. The biggest asset of the Hanley office is its staff who are very friendly and informative, Simon from the driving team is worthy of a mention also . I’ve found no reason to use any other agency.
