Customer Service

Pros:

• "We called them to make a reservation. We have been advised only availabilities are 6pm and 8.45pm. Hung up the phone and went online to book a table at 7.30pm. Plenty of more bookings were available between 6pm- 8.45pm. So what was that all about? Not a good customer service."
