Pros:

  • "August 2019 - so impressed with service today, usually disappointed due to lack of appts and availability of chosen GP BUT today a big shout out to the referral secretary who went the extra mile to help me today without a problem without me asking her to, so appreciated."

  • "If anyone knows a better practice from the area please recommend in the comments - I am looking at changing a practice because of reasons below: In the morning you have to ring 08:00:00sec to book an appointment and if you are only a second late you will have to ring 100 times and wait between 25-45 min just to talk to a receptionist who will tell you they have no appointments."
