• "I ordered a Guinness which was done in a single pour, ordinarily I wouldn't mind and would drink it anyway, but I was the designated driver for my friends so this was the only drink I intended to have for the evening. I asked the bartender if he could do a slow pour while being apologetic about being awkward, he proceeded to take 10 minutes pouring the pint, adding little by little, but I still thanked him for the drink and said I really appreciated him repouring it to be polite. As soon as I walked away he started smirking, pointing and laughing with his co-worker while I was looking directly at him. I felt absolutely humiliated."

• "My husband and I went on our anniversary date night to flight club yesterday and this has to be the worst date night we’ve ever experienced! I was looking forward to this night all week and I decided to order the vegetarian pizza, I received a tasteless, cheeseless pizza! It doesn’t say anywhere on there that it is vegan so I’m not sure why a vegetarian pizza had no cheese and when I explained to the waitress that I did not expect my pizza to come without cheese because it doesn’t say that in the description she just said 'yeah it does sorry'. My husband's burger was less than average, the calamari had a fishy taste."

Service not great, pressed the button 6 times before anyone came over to take our order- also wasn’t trusted with a tab for some reason, after every order even if it was only 1 drink they’d make us pay for it before it came even though we had a 2.5hr table for food and drinks."
• "Fabulously fitted out on 3 floors, food looks good on the menu, but very poor when it arrives. Plastic glasses, can’t order a bottle of wine or champers without it being decanted into plastic 'urine specimen type' bottles and ruined."

Second, the music was too loud for table conversations as me and my friends were shouting to speak to one another. Thirdly, not even half the food came out 45 minutes after we ordered and the rest came out 25 minutes later which meant the first lot of food went cold."

After arriving at 6 for our booking & being seated at our table, the waitress came over & put the sign for the reservation booked after us which was just rude from the off… food was ordered 20 minutes after arrival which wasn’t a huge issue as it was quite busy being a Saturday evening. However after being sat there for 50 minutes our food still hadn’t come."
