• "With a train station and bus station right next to the centre, there is no need to go by car."

• "Difficult to find the car park if you haven't been there before."
• "Very expensive parking though the transport links are so good most people can use public transport anyway."

• "Not everyone is comfortable being forced to listen, whilst dining, to a loudspeaker blasting of prayers which is a private activity."

• "They don't allow to charge your phone at the small number of sockets in the corridor because you have to use the pay service."
• "Sorry I had to take 1 star away as Westfield lift area is never clean and most of the time escalators are out of order."
• "There is no security in this shopping centre. Criminals entering and leaving, stealing boxes of goods at clear daylight."

• "It’s a huge shopping centre but the security service isn’t the best, they all look like they can’t be bothered to be there."

• "Can get extremely crowded the majority of times and sadly again in my opinion, always an underlying tense atmosphere with apparent ne'er-do-wells walking the floors."
