Location and Convenience

Pros:

• "The station is a 5 minute walk and it’s so convenient with the bus stop being literally in front of the building."

• "Ideal for literally any student. It is also well connected to the rest of London through multiple bus routes and the Wembley Park Underground Station."

Cons:

• "Think twice before paying a great sum of money to live next door to a construction site."
• "Noisy, too hot when the weather is hot, no heating when the weather is cold, the internet is shaky at best."
• "Not the nicest area, especially when it comes to football matches/concerts. A lot of noise and violence."

• "The lifts and escalators are a nightmare (they break sometimes and don’t get fixed for a week or so)"

Room and Accommodation Quality

• "When my tenancy began, my room wasn't fully sorted out with dirt marks on the wall, dirty bathroom, broken bed side lamp and dust everywhere."
• "Massive issues with heating (radiators literally won’t turn off in the middle of summer leaving it impossible to sleep???)."
• "The carpeted floors in the bedrooms were also really dirty despite hoovering frequently, lots of hair and grime left from previous tenants."
