Accommodation

Pros:

• "We stayed in the shack…. More than enough room, great storage under the beds, and very snug at night."

• "The only fault i could find was that the mens and ladies loos only have marking on the doors and when the doors are open you cant see what sex the bathroom is, as the door opens inwards, i accidentally walked into the ladies which was a bit awkward."
• "Bathroom could have been cleaner with dedicated facewashing sinks available instead of needing to use the same small ones that were for the toilets."
• "The male toilets and showers were really unclean (i had to clean the toilet seat to be able to use it)."

• "Unfortunately I didn't get to see the campsite itself. I checked the internet site for opening hours... Here clearly states 8am-8pm. I called within these times only to be greeted by an unfriendly lady that complained that it was too early to call and that she was still in bed."

Location & Surroundings

Pros:

• "Quiet and relaxing, the site has a policy of no sound systems and no noise after 10pm, which means you can really enjoy the tranquil setting."
• "Stunning site, with very clean and amazing facilities."

• "View of the Wrekin and 1 mile walk along lanes to Ironbridge town."

Cons:

• "Felt like a jail camp more than a holiday. Was not aloud to play music."
• "Although seemingly in the middle of nowhere, it is with walking distance of Ironbridge, although the road can be a bit steep and potholed, so not necessarily suitable for people with mobility problems."
• "Some of the roads up to the site are narrow and tricky to navigate but this isn’t a negative, just something to be aware of."

Value & Extras

Pros:

• "Wood available to buy, only £5 a sack which was a welcome surprise."

Family & Children
