Coffee Quality
Pros:
"Best coffee I've had in London. Closest to it is the Tate Modern. Their mochas aren't too sweet, just bitter enough. Green Tea matcha tastes authentic."
"The diverse flavors of coffee are simply delightful, and the Spanish latte I had was delicious!"
"The coffee flavor itself is very smooth and super flavorful."
"All my visits at % Arabica had been pleasant, coffee was always top notch, my personal favourite being Dark Latte (espresso shot with dark Valrhona chocolate)."
"Very tasty coffee, in a well sized portion and beautiful latte art."
"Some of the best coffee I’ve ever had."
"The coffee is amazing, the smell is mind exhilarating as you enter the shop."
Cons:
"For the coffee hype, I would have expected more. Coffee was a bit tad grassy in the iced version."
"Also the coffee was so sour and tasteless where prices are too much."
"I'm not a regular here, however coffee quality is inconsistent. Today it was milky and under-extracted."
"Awful coffee and rude staff. Ordered mocha and espresso, the espresso was sour, underextracted and ultimately undrinkable."
"The beans weren't great, very dark roast."
"The shop is pretty but the coffee is burned (fine if you like Starbucks) and matcha latte is a spoon of unwhisked powder in milk so you can enjoy the taste of matcha clumps."
"The espresso I had (£2.70!) Was the most harsh bitter coffee I've had in a long time."
Customer Service
Pros:
"While the baristas were kind, had to give a low grade to ‘atmosphere’ as they didn’t have a toilet and felt more like a factory than a coffee experience."
"The lady was kind enough to suggest the Spanish latte."
"The lady who served me was warm and bubbly along with the rest of the staff."
"Staff is friendly. I like the white ambiance of shop. Really thoughtful."
"Staff always nice and friendly."

"Pretentious place! The staff laughing between each other and rude to customers, very strange atmosphere with the worst customer service!"
"Staff weren't very polite. Especially the tattoo-sleeves woman."
"The staff however is miserable. Mechanical, not even trying to smile."
"But I was also negatively surprised by the attitude of the Asian lady who has short and dyed hair."
"A very distracted barista talking to his friends and made a C+ cortado."
