"The staff were lovely and very hospitable."
"Staff were very friendly. We had the confit duck curry with rice, crispy sweet and sour sea bass with noodles, salt and pepper squid and crispy seafood and pork rolls."
Cons:
"Very nice viet food and always like to order the noodle soup with spring rolls. The only issue is that I feel a bit awkward when the waiters checking if we are done."
"Great service and ambience but unfortunately not authentic Vietnamese cuisine."
"Service was fantastic as the waitress was friendly, tentative and explained everything on the menu. Nothing was too much trouble and her English was excellent too."
"Staff and place are nice but the food is too much fusion, too westernised."
"OK, so went up to this place and had a booking for 8 45, tonight, we were 5 mins early only to be told, the table would not be ready 'for at least 15 mins'!"
Food Quality and Taste

"The duck curry was also nice, with tender meat complimented with taro, potato and lotus root."
"Phenomenal food in a lovely setting."
Cons:
"Maybe the stir fry could be a bit more seasoned."
"My plate was really good, I have no complaints about the taste, but the portion size was a bit small."
"My friend’s plate tasted really good too, but it was too salty."
"The pho was below average to my standards and experiences, as an Asian who tried pho in many cities around the world."
"£18 for this miserable portion of pork belly. £9 for 3 small spring rolls."
"Great service and ambience but unfortunately not authentic Vietnamese cuisine."
"The only broth available was beef broth, which tasted like beef stock with no fragrance."
"They had a few meals that were gluten free, and I truly enjoyed the tofu curry."

"This is a small restaurant Booked dinner arrived on time to be greeted with you have the table for 1 1/2 hrs when out for the evening this felt a little disappointing."
"OK, so went up to this place and had a booking for 8 45, tonight, we were 5 mins early only to be told, the table would not be ready 'for at least 15 mins'!"

"I have been going to SEN since it opened last year and I've always found the staff friendly, the service great and the food great."
"I've been meaning to try Sen for a long time as i really enjoy Vietnamese food and have tried many Vietnamese restaurants in Berlin, Paris and various cities around the UK, however the main reason i haven't tried Sen sooner was because of their prices which are very steep for a student area."
"The food was tasty and great service… but, it is just not Vietnamese cuisine."
