• "When I spoke with the lady on the phone I specified that I wanted to book for full legs, bikini and underarms and she reassured me that was what she booked. However, when I attended my appointment today I was told otherwise and turned away as they didn’t have anyone available for me."

• "Also, they try to sell you and tell you is best to do your laser all together, and that might be ideal and best, but you're pressured into buying."
