  • "Staff are brilliant and the value was excellent."
  • "The staff worked tirelessly yesterday, in spite of bad weather to continue creating magic."

Cons:

  • "When I told the staff they didn't seem to care."
  • "We got overcharged on entry, and when we questioned this, and showed them the price it gives on their website, we were told it was wrong, and were offered no refund."
  • "Stopped in the cafe and 3 chips with curry sauce cost us £18. I paid more than I did last year but got less to see and do this year! Absolutely shocking money making scheme this year."
  • "The balloon lady queue was really big and instead of just making small and simple basic balloons she was doing huge big fancy things for children meaning every time we visited the queue it was around 20 minutes long."
  • "The cafe looked severely outdated and very scary I wouldn't eat in there."
  • "The cafe served a surprisingly fresh sandwich with a nice filling - but it took an age to arrive."
  • "The awful blaring naff music near the little funfair rides dominating the atmosphere."

Attractions and Activities

Pros:

  • "The little fairground rides were included in the ticket price."
  • "Tractor tide was brilliant!"
  • "Perfect family day out, such a great place to visit!"
  • "Certainly suggest going on the tractor ride."
  • "Tractor ride was brilliant everyone loved it."
  • "The indoor play area was a big hit too (and a chance for the parents to chill out!)"
  • "There were lots of games and fairground attractions and the staff were brilliant with the little kids."

Cons:

  • "The place was a very quiet, no atmosphere and took 15minutes to go round, we left after 1 half hours and was disappointed as we payed £64 to get in!"
  • "The tractor ride is fun but *very* bumpy and may not be suitable for younger children."
  • "Meet and greet with animals was extremely poor and a lot of the parts were closed."
  • "The amazing tractor ride is 10 minutes riding through a field of bored animals that should have been in park anyway."
  • "Shame everything isn't open but understand why. Will come back when all up and running hopefully. ( no pony rides,no wolf experience, no icecream shop open the four wasn't open and no animal petting)"
  • "Bit of a rip off. Basic animal park anything extra needs to be paid for."
  • "The soft play has a serious damp and mold issue."

Value for Money

Pros:

  • "Great value all inclusive tickets."

Cons:

  • "OK so we ended up pay £16 per person which at first I thought OK as my wife said she came with kids school last year and it's a good place! Soo we landed at 2pm and went in... was disappointed as we payed £64 to get in!"
  • "This is a lovely place with nice staff but my word £16 a person? Maybe that's just the price of things now.."
  • "It used to be good and its still a good idea but like most things, greed makes it overpriced then it becomes unpopular then it will close."
  • "Haven't been for a couple of years you use to pay a £1 to go on tractor ride and meet and greet use to be free and you paid £7-50 to go in now £7.99 without all activities and £15 to use them soo disappointed and not worth it."
  • "Not much has changed except the price of everything. £90 just to enter then a extra £5 a head for wrist bands to have any interaction with the animals."
  • "Very expensive for the facilities."
  • "Nearly £25 to get in (1 adult and 2 x 3year olds), £6 for the tractor ride, £6 for the train ride."

Cons:

  • "Very run down and a shame as could with some TLC and investment be lovely. The footpaths where full of pot holes. The children plays area was looking run down even just a lock of fresh paint would help. The animals looked well fed and looked after can't say the same about most of the enclosures. Rusty wire in places."

  • "The kids play area is dreary and spooky as if a town had fled after a bad event."
