• "Don’t normally like leaving bad reviews but have to say not one of the cleanest rooms I’ve stayed in for £105 a night cobwebs on ceiling fan was that dusty could not switch on otherwise would have been covered in it dead fly in the room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since lockdown sorry guys but really should have been checked before letting in paying guests."

• "We noticed a staff member working behind the bar and going outside collecting plates, going into the kitchen without any gloves, mask or cleaning his hands every time he touched glasses and plates."
