- "I just wish the website was easier to find out badminton timetable."
- "Visited their site 'better.org.uk' to get more information on what's open and book tickets for swimming, but the website is utter garbage."
- "Not only you have to book a week in advance but also booking can only be made from 10 pm each day!"
- "Does the outdoor pool still close between 12h30 & 14h30 left us wet with kids wait by the gate for 2hrs & pay twice for am & pm session."
