Customer Service

Pros:

  • "From the minute we walked in we were greeted by staff (namely Elizabeth) on the front desk who took the time to show us around and was incredibly welcoming."

  • "This is an underhanded and sneaky way of informing us about your membership fee increases."
  • "Even more galling when you know that others are paying cheaper rates for the same membership type, meaning I am effectively subsidising them."
  • "Less than 30 days notice of the 39.5% price increase is given, and if you wish to cancel your membership, you need to provide them with 3 months' notice."
  • "David Lloyd just increased my monthly membership fee from £97 to £136 a month."
