Shopping Experience

Pros:

• "The person on the helpline asked me to go withdraw money from a cash machine to pay a £1 parking charge when all I had with me was my phone(apple pay), very rude and unprofessional."

• "The lifts have not worked on many occasions and the buttons are broken on some floors so if you have a buggy then be prepared to carry it."
• "Its outdated, old and smelly like a 1985 men's toilet."
• "Place looks rundown and the car park, lifts and stairs are dirty and smell."
• "The baby changing facilities aren't very well maintained and the parent and child parking spaces, of which there are only 2, don't allow extra width, in fact they are somewhat smaller than the normal spaces."

Future Prospects

Pros:

• "It should get better in next few years."

• "They're going to knock it down soon!"
• "A shopping centre that has had its day... and is currently the subject of new development plans which involve its redevelopment with three large tower blocks topping it and a new American style mall as the culmination but all this is several years off."
• "As it is on the verge of closing, like the whole mall to be demolished."
• "I think this whole structure will be pulled down in order to build a 'Westfield' styled centre."
• "It's a mall that is slowly losing traction compared to the other neighbouring malls in other towns and the retail parks."
