• "One negative comment. There is a wonderful historic dovecot in the garden. The view from the main dining room is obscured by a garden shed right outside the window."

• "We have just had a ploumans each £8.99 add 4 tiny pieces of ham £1.50. Had to go back to the bar and ask for butter for the rolls. He came out with 2 6.2g pouches. I said we need more than that for our rolls he went back to the kitchen came out with 2 more Said the chef would not give him anymore of them!!! The salad was dry and the beetroot was cut so thin you could see through it. 1 1/2 slices each. Overall. The service was dire and the food was the worst £ 21 spent for years. I will not dine here again."
