• "Check your receipt. We spent about £70 and had a £5 off voucher. Some items were discounted, but when we checked the receipt, the discount hadn't been applied. Went back to ask for the refund and the cashier was very apologetic, but the manager seemed annoyed with me, then told me the incorrect refund amount. I challenged it and she was incredulous, trying to argue away my very sound logic. We will return as they have good products, but we have found on a few occasions that the customer service from management is poor."
