"This branch of Harvester has contracted Euro Car Parks to manage their parking, and will fine you £85, even if the pub is closed."
"Second thing is the car parking. Advertised as free but it is a car park where you have to add your registration details into a giant ipad to validate you are there. All 3 of us have since received a PCN fines for £85 each."
