Food Quality

Pros:

• "Gone right down since Take over by Greene king and menu change and really did not enjoy my meal today had a roast chicken dinner.... roasters were small and was not worth the money asking."

Pros:

• "Been here a couple times a year apart for the breakfast. Both times the food has been good with plenty of variety. This year we spoke with Kaz who was very helpful (Especially when helping my partner with her dietry requirements) and a lovely person to talk with."

• "Just walked out. Went in there for food and drinks. My husband went to the bar. 4 people behind the bar. Not one of the came to serve him."
• "Service was slow and what we did see of the staff they were not helpful and didn't seem like they wanted to be there."
• "Waited over twenty minutes for food and drink order staff too busy talking to male customers and not paying enough attention to the queues overall lazy and rude staff and swearing at customers won't be coming again soon."

Ambiance and Cleanliness

Pros:

• "The outdoor area is beautiful with all the boats and swans etc. It's a lovely place to visit whether for a meal or just a drink on a summer evening."
