"Everything I could think of, I was able to purchase and more! There are easy to read mall maps readily available as you move along."
"This is a great shopping centre there is a huge variety of shops to choose from."
"Intu Milton Keynes is a very good place for shopping, eating out and kids entertainment."
"Many quality and interesting shops here. I found it more pleasant to browse in than the average shopping centre."
"It has a great selection of shops from affordable clothing, to the latest brands."
"This one of the best shopping centre I have ever been to with plenty to see and do."
Cons:
"Though the shopping centre is huge, it does not in my opinion have a huge range of shops."
"MK shopping use to be good in its day but there isn't much left with several empty shops."
"The new bit feels very empty without Debenham's, H&M and topshop."
"To many shops keep closing down and ones opening only to close not very long after."
"Half the shops are empty making the place look zombified."
"Looking tired and old fashioned now and a lot of shops and restaurants are boarded up now."
"Basically noting their, pretty much most of the shops are closed down."
Parking and Accessibility
Pros:
"Easy parking close to the shops."
"There is ample space for parking and its quite spread out too."
"Midsummer Place boasts it's own pay-on-foot, 730 space multi-storey car park, complete with a spectacular living wall and electric charging bays."
"Well connected to public transportation."
"If you don't drive there is a good network of buses and trains in close proximity."
"Free parking in Multi store parking by post office - a 5minutes Walk from JohnLewis - 99% u will find a space as u enter."
"Cheap parking £1 for two hours just outside the main shopping centre."
Cons:
"The car park is also very confusing so wouldn't recommend it unless you are going in to test your sense of direction."
"Car Parks confusing and they try to catch you out, you pay for a valid parking ticket, display it on your car and they still slap you with a hefty fine."
"First visit so a bit confused on parking; I paid £2 for an hour (weekday lunchtime) cos I parked in a premium external area."
"Some good shops but the parking charges are atrocious...living in mk I tend to go up on a Thursday or friday evening as its free parking after 6...or go somewhere out of mk where the parking is cheaper."
"Parking is hard to find though."
"Red Zone - VERY EXPENSIVE - £1.5 an hour I think. Don’t even think of it as it is complete rip off."
"Parking expensive tho u can park further out and walk in which is cheaper!"
Family and Child-Friendly Facilities
Pros:
"For the kids, there is a fantastic animated frog clock sculpture which is worth a visit on the hour when it comes into life."
"Loved this place as a kid, and it still has all of its quirkiness."
"Modern shopping centre with predominantly High Street and designer fashion outlets. INTU is also family friendly with a number of theme days running through the summer."
"Fantastic shopping centre with lots of things for the kids, no matter what time of the year."
"The centre has some of the premier stores for the area, including the Apple store, Debenhams and the Lego store. In addition to that the frog clock is a great place to arrange to meet with children."
"Very nice shopping centre. Nice activities for children. Excellent bathroom facilities."
"Extra activities such as table tennis/football are provided free of charge."
Cons:
"It was a shame 2 of the disabled toilets were out of action but the one I could access was lovely and clean."
"Filthy baby changing area with no ventilation and persistent soiled nappy smell. Not pleasant at all."
"The table tennis is a nice idea although there are never any bats or balls available which is a shame."
"Since when did the frog clock above the food area stop functioning? And where's the big tree?"
"Sadly a lot of stores don't cater sizes for my 13/14 year old boys so I have to buy mainly online for them."
"I only gave it 3 stars as I'm a disabled driver with limited walking ability... Taking disabled parking bays away for electronic charging points isn't helping at all."
"I don't recommend this centre during the weekend. It is almost impossible to park and you have to pay £1/hours on Sundays."

"The toilets are also well kept so your comfort breaks are definitely comfortable."
"The range of shops here is very enticing and the centre itself is kept to a very clean state."
Cons:
"Staff pass jobs over to one and other, this can be annoying when you’re in a rush."
"The service is slow and not very helpful."
"When we entered we was told stay to the right but a security officer who was on the phone!!!"
"You have poorly trained marshalls attempting to deal with crowd management like concentration camp guards herding people around like prisoners."
"Soul less and creepy shopping centre. Security staff are very prominent and it feels like they're watching everyone like bouncers in a nightclub."
"Disappointing. Burger king toilets were not in use. Staff were not very helpful. Attitude poor."
"Parking is challenging to say the least and by the time I have found a suitable parking space we often end up walking for 10 minutes before we get to the shop that we came for."
