  • "Parking is free but quite limited at peak times."
  • "Latest visit was disappointing. The softplay felt dirty and not properly maintained with lots of parts broken or out of order."
  • "Facilities very poor and does not appear to have enough staff food has to be ordered via an app, but then drinks have to be brought over the counter."
  • "Coffee shop staff are painfully slow. The toilets were dirty."

Staff and Customer Service

Pros:

  • "Good range of activities, music, staff on each activity. Staff were friendly and helpful."

  • "Wish we had places like this when I was growing up. Absolutely huge, so many activities and things for the kids to do."
  • "The booking had been without glitch Affordable prices, children very excited to go there."

Cons:

  • "Brought my kids here thinking that buying a ticket would give them access to the whole place but no, it's split into 3 sections and it all costs different."
  • "Paid extra for 4 x chips which were tiny portions and came out stone cold!"
  • "Very large trampoline centre with an additional clip and climb centre. Large entrance with wide open walkways, after the safety video, you walk around a bit of a maze."
