"The management do not appear to be taking on board the criticisms of the public and instead choose to write responses to reviews such as 'we are cheap, we are busy' in a 'what do you expect manner'."
"When i was asked how my food was i told the guy how bad it was he said he would take it off the bill and he even brought over a bottle of Prosecco which was nice, he then came over and said we could have a free pudding but nobody had any, when i went to pay the bill the meal haven’t been taken off."
