The food in the Restaurant was wonderful and always has been. However we were shocked of how the Restaurant side was. The chairs were scruffy and the number of tables that had not been cleared was unbelievable, never have we seen the Restaurant in such a state before. There were lots of food on the table and on the floor which obviously had not been cleaned up."

This is a new age, an age where your coffee is freshly brewed by a skilled barrista and and where the accompanying snack is in the form of hot, mini Cumberland sausages in a honey mustard glaze. If you have not yet been, go. You are missing out on one of the true joys of life."

• "A refreshingly different motorway services. Adequate parking for car with trailer. Clean and spacious inside. Freshly cooked local breakfast produce probably the best I've tasted. Polite and helpful staff. Covid safety implemented with clear signage and distancing."
