"Appaling and senseless service is the best way to describe this place ! Arrived at the studio for a Pilates session booked for 5.30pm, waited and pressed the buzzer 5 times , called the number for the studio to be let in , 5 minutes later the instructor (Jess) answered to explain that she cannot let me in as I was 3 minutes late !"
