Customer Service
Pros:
"Thank you Ant once again and all the team 5* customer service and would highly recommend!!"
"The sales guys give you the freedom to browse but give also give you the perfect amount of help when you need it."
"Good bunch of folks and I wish them all the best."
"Really easy to trade in and buy, I was in and out with a new bike in under half an hour."
"They delivered the bike to my door and collected my part exchange at the same time."
"Anthony made the experience super simple and importantly to me, very brief."
"Really good communication. They held the bike for me on a reasonable deposit while I sorted out the cash."
"Also really responsive with a couple of follow up items."
Cons:
"Once they have your money they really don't care about your circumstances. Rude over the phone."
"The front brake lever went all the way back to the throttle and had loose components."
"I recently took my MT-125 to this shop... I was ment with some of the most disgusting customer care and abuse of power."
"I had to ask for a receipt and invoice having paid for the bike. Then, when I got home, I noticed the invoice stated payment received for a completely different bike."
"Having had a VFR750 RC36 before I was sure of the bike but not of this one. I was very happy with the bike. The salesman was spot on and gave me a good price for my bandit 12. The only thing about the bike was missing nuts and a small fairing for the oil cooler no fault of the shop. 3 months on I’ve changed the brake lines and clutch line for steel BUT the bike as run fault free. Having clocked over 2000 miles on her since."
"I then had to go back in two months for the service which should have been done when I collected the bike. It took four phone calls and two days just to get it booked in."
"Really nice guys when taking your money but when something goes wrong both Antony and Richard are very arrogant and aggressive."
"Had a great chat with nic and we agreed on a deal we were both happy with. After ridden the 130 miles to do the trade, I was pleasantly surprised at the great condition of the bike. The handover was professional and myself and the staff member noted the fuel gauge was showing half a tank, with a range of 97 miles. All good, can fuel on the way home. Sixteen miles after leaving kh motorcycles, whilst in lane 2 of a very busy dual carriageway, the bike spluttered and died."
Quality of Motorcycles
Pros:
"Recently bought a Triumph Bobber from KH motorcycles, absolutely over the moon with it."
"Really happy with the bike and at a great price."
"Purchased Ducati Scrambler from them, very pleased with the bike in excellent condition with a great service history."
"Great service on buying my beautiful new R Nine T scrambler."
"Extremely helpful and very happy with the condition of bike and the deal KH gave me."
"Recently purchased a 19 plate S1000R from the guys at KH Motorcycles with a part-x. Super friendly, helpful, and upfront."
"Went for helmet & gloves for first-time rider, we were given personal attention and help/advice."
"I first visited KH Motorcycles Sandiacre in July 2021 looking for a motorbike to pass my test on, the sales team were very helpful on selecting the appropriate bike for a beginner but also meeting the requirements of testing (engine capacity etc)."
Cons:
"I purchased a yamaha R6 on the 3rd June 2023. ONE HOUR later the front brake failed while riding on the motorway causing a near miss."
"Put my bike in part exchange and what they sent me had parts missing cracked fairing held together with zip ties beam adjustment knob missing and a flat battery."
"I had a major problem with my BMW R1200Rs final drive with the drive shaft seized to the final drive."
"Obviously a gathering point for mainly Internet Sales. Largely just a warehouse, on two floors, bikes packed closely together, not really set up for visitors to inspect them closely."
"Bought a honda blackbird on the advert it said it was very nice condition but up on delivery of the bike I inspected the bike and the bodywork was very poor it had scratch marks allover and the exhausts had dents on them."
"I recently took my MT-125 to this shop as it was the closest shop to me that my warranty accepts, I was told the bike was fixed after afew days and was sceptical as I told them I had an Intermittent electrical fault."
"The bike I bought should have been serviced when I collected it which was part of the deal negotiated. It wasn't. I only realised because the oil filter was dirty. They had only done a PDI."
"Please don't buy a bike from them, they are crooks, I just lost my £250 deposit because of their misleading add on Autotrader. Currently they are advertising Kawasaki Versys 650 for £5799 with description "in excellent condition & beautiful black paint" , in reality one side of the bike has big scratches."
