Pros:

• "She was very condescending and even raised her voice at me telling me the cat is not Ferrell if I’ve managed to pick it up."
• "After waiting a day and a half for a phone call as we wanted to rehome a dog it was in vain. They seem to like spending more time on social media than returning calls."
• "They took a cat from a garden and when the owner came forward with papers to prove it was there cat they have refused to give it back. Absolutely disgusting behaviour."
