• "The first time I went was very nice, I love the concept of the salon & everyone was very friendly, I was very pleased with my haircut and booked to go back a few weeks later for another cut and colour. On my second visit the stylist I booked with told me she was going to colour my hair but someone else would cut it because she would be with another client, which seemed strange to me because my whole appointment had been made with her. My hair was medium brown, I asked for it to be coloured a couple of shades lighter because I want a more flattering colour now that I’m a bit older. I couldn’t really see the cut or colour properly in the salon because the area around the styling seats is very dimly lit, but it looked ok so I paid and left. When I got home in the light I realised it has been coloured a dark brown, almost black which does not suit me at all. A week later I still have dye marks all around my hairline and I noticed around 4 or 5 sections where longer hairs have been missed, the ends of my hair do not look level. All in all I was very unhappy with my second visit, it cost me £91 and I could have had the same result with a £8 dark brown hair colour from Superdrug. I’ll not be back."
