Food Quality

Pros:

  • "All the dishes were 10/10 not just the wings, which is rare when a place specialises in one thing."
  • "Absolutely the best chicken I have ever tasted."
  • "Wings were really flavourfull saucy and the truffle on top was excellent!"
  • "The flavours on the wings are all varied from each other."
  • "Every wings dish comes with 6 wings of your desired seasoning, mix of flat and drum so that was nice."

Cons:

  • "The buffalo sauce was good but slightly too salty for my liking."
  • "The food in here was good, however, I think that to say it’s a ‘bottomless brunch’ is a bit unfair as it took so long to get a portion of wings."
  • "The wings were really nice but can’t say the same about the other food, the burgers, fries and mac and cheese was pretty basic."
  • "The fire fries were tiny portions compared to last time and they tasted completely different, they were rotten."
  • "The food was essentially just standard wings with some variations for sauces and the atmosphere was mediocre."

Service

Pros:

  • "Service was great. My drink did arrive without orange but drinks guy said its exactly how it should be."
  • "The service in here was really good, the waitress who served us was really friendly."
  • "Really friendly staff. Gloves so you don't get messy fingers."
  • "The staff are friendly and funny but the wings were amazing!"
  • "The staff were really friendly, warm and welcoming!"

Cons:

  • "However the time for food and drinks to arrive can be a little tedious, especially considering the rule of not being allowed to order another drink or food if you already have one."
  • "The menu at the table (QR CODE) and online all said £40PP, receipt said £45."
  • "Then when we came to pay they tried to charge us extra."
  • "The serving waitress wasn’t welcoming or seemed to care about customers."
  • "One of the waitresses (Asian girl) kept staring at me whilst I was eating with my girlfriend which made me feel very uncomfortable."

Ambiance

Pros:

  • "Great atmosphere with amazing food."
  • "Great atmosphere and lovely staff."
  • "The atmosphere was amazing (really good varied playlist), the staff were lovely."
  • "The atmosphere is really nice, and they have a great selection of drinks and food on the menu."
  • "It was my first time dining at Wingman Soho and I was so looking forward to it."

Cons:

  • "The only letdown was the burger which was a pretty standard buttermilk chicken type burger, drizzled with sauce."
  • "It's not got the best interior but once you taste the chicken you won't care what it looks like."
  • "Music was way too loud, it was like trying to have a conversation in a club."
  • "The tables outside were a bit too small width wise for 4-6 people."
  • "The music was so loud we had to shout to have a conversation."

Value for Money

Pros:

  • "A decent portion and reasonably priced."
  • "The price is £40pp, which is a reasonable price."
  • "Lunch offer is £12 for a main, side, and drink - very reasonable!"
  • "The food was inexpensive and the drinks too."
  • "Great value for such lovely chicken wings."

Cons:

  • "The only reason it is a 4 and not a 5 is probably the noise and it being quite expensive for wings."
  • "A bit pricey for the portion you get."
  • "Prices are fair and reasonable for the quality on offer, given the central location."
  • "It's a bit of a hidden germ but they have delicious food, great music and lovely staff working there. Wings are mad good, soo many flavours."
  • "The place is a bit expensive, but you get what you pay for!"
