General Practice and Staff

Telephone System and Communication

Pros:

  • "Once you finally get through to speak to someone on the phone, as a registered patient, I have to say the doctors and nurses are excellent."
  • "Automated telephone system works well for repeat prescriptions."

Cons:

  • "Their phone system is a nightmare, never can get through."
  • "You can never get through on the phones."
  • "Calls are not answered, and when they are, the staff is extremely rude."
  • "The phone is never answered for any queries or appointment bookings."
