- "Since the start of the pandemic, the clinic has stopped accepting walk-in appointments."
- "Don’t try going after 5pm for a walk-in appointment."
- "The expected wait time last night was three hours, and whilst I was on the phone the list was closed."
Telephone System and Communication
Pros:
- "Once you finally get through to speak to someone on the phone, as a registered patient, I have to say the doctors and nurses are excellent."
- "Automated telephone system works well for repeat prescriptions."
Cons:
- "Their phone system is a nightmare, never can get through."
- "You can never get through on the phones."
- "Calls are not answered, and when they are, the staff is extremely rude."
- "The phone is never answered for any queries or appointment bookings."
