Pros:

• "Tons of parking spaces, only had an issue a few times but majority of the time it is easy and for what I am aware it is free to park."
• "Plenty of parking if visited earlier rather than later, can get very busy during the afternoon but we've always been able to find parking."

• "Hell in concrete form. Always a shortage of parking. Devoid of any character. Dreary selection of identikit shops."

Customer Service

Pros:

• "We liked several of the stores in this strip mall, including Hobby Craft, Next, TK Maxx, WH Smith, and the Card Factory."
• "Each shop has different levels of service but usually M&S, MacDonald, Costa and next have been pretty good."

Cons:

• "I would have given no stars but it wouldn't allow it. Yesterday (09-02-23) was my 1st and last visit to this store. Was racially profiled by not only the security officer but also by the staff."
