Appointment Booking

Pros:

  • "Following the surgeries guidelines of calling at 8am and booking 2 days in advance has always worked."
  • "Merridale has been my registered surgery for years. They've always helped me and got me an appointment within a good time frame considering they must have thousands of patients to attend to."

  • "Trying to make a appointment after receiving a letter from the practice to make a appointment to discuss test results from a recent visit to A&E, so far 3 attempts to book and normally a 15 to 20 minute call most of which is spent on hold still no luck."
