Quality of Care from Doctors and Nurses

Pros:

• "The doctors here are great but the same can not be said about the receptionists and appointment booking system."
• "We've spoken to very helpful doctors and I believe one who twice jumped at the first excuse in a consultation to terminate it, as if he is allergic to mum."

Professionalism and Attitude of Reception Staff

Pros:

• "Receptionist Louise called me this morning regarding an ongoing issue she was so upbeat and jolly u was feeling very anxious but she made me laugh and really reassured me and put my mind at ease after a night of worry."
• "As for the receptionist they are doing a very difficult job and only doing what the practice has trained them for. I have never found any receptionist rude or argumentative."

Cons:

• "The receptionists will simply hang up on you like they did to me just now."
• "Absolutely terrible and they clearly cannot manage the number of patients on their books. You regularly see Dr Amir Khan on the tv, and social media. I think he needs to focus on improving the surgery."

• "This practice is a business, and treats patients as such. There are far too many patients to deal with for the staff that work there because as a business, they won't ever close the books."
• "Genuinely the worst GP in Bradford. Phone is always busy and have to wait on hold for at least an hour when you do finally get through."
• "This surgery is an absolute joke! Wait 1 hour for the phone to be answered only to have the rude staff member hang up on me and not even return my call and not for the first time?"
