  • "I've always been able to get hold of an appointment either on the same or next day, even through covid times."

  • "It can be impossible to book an appointment with a doctor of the surgery in advance."
  • "They only release appointments 2 weeks in advance and they’re released whilst working people drive to work, so it is impossible to book an appointment with them as they’re all gone by the time you arrive at work."
  • "To get through in the mornings is a nightmare, ring right on 8am and you are 25/20 in the queue."
  • "It can take weeks up to a month to get an appointment, you are advised if you need one immediately to call on the day at 8am, but good luck getting through."
