  • "One of the worst places in Southampton for ordering a drink of an evening."
  • "Food is good but nothing exceptional."

Cons:

  • "It would have been 5 but it was a shame lots of staff congregated around a till and had a chat most the time we were there."
  • "Service unfortunately let the place down and although the restaurant/bar was almost empty it still took far too long to bring even tap water to the table."
  • "They added a 10% service charge on the bill."

  • "We were served by a ginger haired lady who was possibly the rudest person I’ve ever come across in hospitality."

Ambiance

Pros:

  • "Seated undercover but outdoors so enjoyed fresh air with patio heaters."

  • "Great venue, lovely new development, by far the nicest in this town, which really needs it and more."

Cons:

  • "Absolutely no vibes...zero atmosphere."
  • "Food was okay. Ambience was poor. It was so loud - music, people shouting over each other etc."
  • "If you wish to eat in the evening, you are sharing space with a busy pub with lots of people who are pretty wasted."
  • "The ambiance as usual great."
  • "It was very breezy and cold so could do with better screening to prevent the menus and place setting blowing away."
  • "The only problem is that it's noisy, no carpeting to drown the noise or acoustic panels for example."
  • "The venue was pretty busy and loud at times which I didn't mind but something to bear in mind for some."
