Pros:

Cons:

• "The lifts are always broken and cheaply repaired, so they break down literally all the time."
• "At least 1 of the lifts is constantly not working and in a building with hundreds of students it takes up to 12 minutes until you get into one."
• "Lifts near to the building reception are always down and have extremely long waiting times."
• "The elevator is a nightmare."
• "Lifts were a nightmare. 1 out of the 2 main lifts was intermittently shut throughout the year due to maintenance issues."
• "And the lift never work and they don't fix it for ages."

Room Conditions

Construction and Noise

• "There is a long construction project occurring opposite the building and the drilling drove me insane 6 days a week."
• "They started refurbishment and the tenants were informed only a week before construction had started and were faced and are still facing a lot of disturbance due to drilling being started as early as 8am."
• "It is super super NOISY! I literally cannot sleep late or work in my room during the day as the construction work is constantly going on!"
• "Work noises from 8 am to 5 pm because of renovation they promised would be done by september 2019 but weren't."
• "There is a construction work directly on the opposite site, which causes enorm noise and dusty environment."
• "Not recommend at all. The most frustrating part is you have to bear the noise of construction and drilling in the work days from 8am to 6pm, which makes you go crazy but can do nothing about it."
• "Also they are under the refurbish everywhere in the building from very early in the morning."
