Pros:

• "Our Game Master Fletch was fantastic and made our game even better!"

• "As lovely as she was, Portia kept coming into the room giving us little clues and hints but we felt this took it out of the experience."
• "Parts of the room did not work. Assistant gave too many answers when not asked and basically did the room for us."
• "The second issue we all had was there are no TV screens for clues etc. Jack sat in the room with us helping us along."

Room Quality and Puzzles

• "We did creepy carnival as a group of 5 and loved it. Have done many escape rooms before and this was a very well done room."

Cons:

• "The room itself (carnival) has loads of potential it just needs work making the puzzles better."
• "You can hear all the noise from the bowling alley and arcades while you are in the room which completely ruins the atmosphere."
• "Was told no live actors however when we got there were told there was."
