  • "Brilliant pub right on the beach with a great range of ales and ciders, decent simple food excellently prepared and served."

Cons:

  • "The hospitality industry has been changed over the past year, having a landlord tell me that he will only serve regular and local people is a little patronising."
  • "Think this has changed hands since my last visit. Would drink here again but not eat. Staff quite abrupt too. Did not feel welcome."
  • "The room was cold, (door wide open) horse racing blasting out on the large screen TV, diner vaping on next table."
  • "Only able to park 2 of the 3 times we went so had to park on our site and walk up."

  • "Little choice for veggies. Refused to serve ham egg and chips without the ham."
  • "Disappointed with the food quality, fish and chips with garden peas. Crinkle cut chips from the freezer and bulk standard supermarket frozen fish."

  • "The heated frozen crinkle cut chips and the semi heated frozen veg was accompanied by the pie and gravy that was okay but on the whole was sub standard in quality and quantity."
