Staff and Service

Pros:

• "When someone really struggled and asked a member of staff if they would be able to assist a child they turned round and said sorry we do not have enough staff to help."
• "I just didn't think the staff did what they said, you have a briefing at the start and they tell you so many people on a platform at once, most of the time its 3 people... not once did I see or hear any staff say anything to the people involved."
