• "I booked an appointment for foils and the first I came here was for a colour consultation and patch test... when I got there I was told she was busy and I'd just have to have the patch test by someone else."
• "The stylist asked me what I wanted and after one sentence she interrupted me and proceeded to tell me what she was going to do, she didn't listen to me at all."
• "No patch test was done and after a while with my hair in foils it started smoking and much of it had burnt off."
