Accessibility and Seating

Pros:

  • "Great atmosphere and great food. Gluten free menu has plenty of options including 4 different kinds of cake."

Cons:

  • "Ruined my sons weddings was asked More than five times for wheelchair accessible seating and they still tried to seat us upstairs."
  • "Only slight issue is that as a wheelchair user, the style of tables inside mean that I have to sit side on to the table as I can't get my legs under the table."

Service Quality

Pros:

  • "Excellent service when we popped in for lunch. Ordering via the website was super easy."
  • "Over the past few months this has become the go-to place for me and my friends. Atmosphere is always cozy and when they are busy it’s more often than not that you receive your food and drink faster than the estimated time."

Cons:

  • "Despite the table being booked weeks in advance they weren't ready for us and made us wait an hour."
  • "The toilets were full of kids and men??!! The child was sick 😩 hopefully not from eating my hummus 🀣"
  • "Was in there an hour before telling me the dog was not allowed to sit on the bench. Told me as food arrived so getting the dog to settle again was a pain."

Food and Drink

Pros:

  • "The food here is very very good. Amazing interior an decor. Amazing menus for alergens and caters for all needs. Dog friendly."
  • "Food was really good and reasonable. Staff were friendly enough but was hard to know who was working there or not as there was no uniform."

Cons:

  • "I went into delfino in the evening on a weekday for a date night and it was a lovely atmosphere in there - the candles on the table were lit and it wasn’t too crowded or busy in the upstairs part of the restaurant. Staff were lovely and we were seated very quickly and able to order online very efficiently too. The food was 10/10 and i especially loved the mozzarella and sweetcorn fritters (at least i think that’s the name of them!) and the elderflower cooler drink was so nice too! overall had a lovely evening and i come there often to get work done - always a lovely environment. :) good value for food πŸ‘πŸ½"
  • "The gluten free food we have our suspicions was not entirely GF, as my daughter (who has to eat a GF diet) had a very strong reaction afterwards and the only thing she had eaten was the breakfast here."

Atmosphere and Decor

Pros:

  • "I love the Lounges but they have an annoying habit of constantly changing their menu. They seem to be currently withdrawing ingredients from dishes, decreasing portions and inflating prices."

Cons:

  • "Went for a meal on the Saturday afternoon and was let down by the atmosphere. There was a strange deaf man drunk sat near us causing a scene in and outside the restaurant shouting etc."

Customer Experience

Pros:

  • "Always good. Food very tasty and staff are brilliant great to go in at any time as they serve from Breakfast time to supper time."

Cons:

  • "Still accepting customer orders and money despite being unable to service them. My child and I have been waiting an hour for a fish finger sandwich and a fried chicken dish."
  • "Very disappointed with my last visit as previous visits have been good. We waited 20mins for our order, I had to go and ask about our order, I produced the receipt and they checked the order only to find out that our food was sat under a heat lamp upstairs because they said they didn't know where we were sitting!"
