Vegan Menu Options

Pros:

Tasty fish and chips fried with proper animal fat/beef dripping the way people fried hundreds of years ago when vegetable seed oils did not exist. Would recommend to anyone driving past Poole! Would definitely be coming back as it is hard to find places that still fry in beef tallow. Keep it up guys! Ah and the mushy peas were banging."

However we want to warn people to be careful when ordering from the just eat website, the menu is misleading, we ordered chips alongside a banana blossom order (the menu even let's you put salt/vinegar on the chips) however the food came missing the chips. When questioned this we were told it was our problem because just eats menu option is misleading - why put chip seasoning options if chips weren't put in the basket? It said on our order "chips - salt seasoning" ?! They were rude and unhelpful and condescending. As much as we enjoy their food I can't say I'd order from here again by the way we were treated and spoken to. Very sad and disappointed."

Quality of Food

Pros:
