Customer Service

Pros:

• "The customer service here is appalling. We were completely ignored for 45 minutes and staff were either on their phones or texting."

• "No one came to ask if our meal was ok, no one came to ask if we wanted dessert or the bill, we had to go to the bar and ask for the bill."
• "Service slow. Had to wait a long time just to place a drinks order for the 8 of us."

Facilities & Cleanliness
