Customer Service
Pros:
"Always cheerful and welcoming, offering great services, information and general advice."
"They were very professional and really seemed to care."
"Thank you so much for your professionalism, experience, knowledge, advice and jokes!"
"They were very understanding of my particular needs; they provided clear answers for me to make an informed decision and made me feel at ease all the way."
"The wonderful people there had it done in two days!"
Cons:
"Brought my vintage bike to Cycle spirit in Leyton a week ago as the bike engineer helped me one morning tighten my handlebars so I thought I would show some loyalty in supporting a business in my community, the experience was shocking, incredibly rude service and a ridiculous quote to service a basic 5 speed 1979 bike, £250-£300."
"Very upset with the service bad customer services I just need a tyre change which takes 10min they told me leave it overnight so they can give me a big bill my advice is to stay away and they said buy the tools and do it yourself disgusting spirit never again."
Quality of Work
Pros:
"They did a brilliant job! They did a fabulous job on the cargo and it hasn’t felt as smooth a ride since we purchased it about 3 years ago!"
"These guys gave my bike an excellent full service and then, when the cabling loosened a few months later, sorted it out no questions asked for free."
"Did a really good job with my Gravel bike (hydraulic brake bleed, pads and gear service)."
"A huge thank you to Izi and he's team for fixing my Cube bike and being so up front and honest about all repairs, such lovely people and brilliant mechanics."
"Really knowledgeable staff - very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for bikes, accessories, cycle wear and repairs. An amazing bike store with everything you need!!!"
Cons:
"Feel quite ripped off to be honest, as they really overcharged me for a new tyre that I'll have to replace sooner than otherwise. I recommend that people who go to the shop know about bike parts so they can be sure they are getting their money's worth from the shop. Will not be going there again."
"Went in with a puncture and needed it fixed asap as I had to cycle 5 miles home. The guys were really friendly and said they would fix the puncture and also recommended I get a new front tyre as mine very worn. I agreed as I knew it was time. They presented me with a few tyre options and I choose the £25 tyre they said was 'mid-range, pretty good and had good puncture resistance'. A few days later I went to my local bike shop for a service. I explained to my local shop that I only needed my back tyre replaced as I had the front one replaced with a pretty decent tyre a few days before. They looked at the tyre that Cycle Spirit put on and said that it was a very cheap tyre, not puncture resistant, and was worth £10, maybe to be sold at £15 max."
Professionalism
Pros:
"I will definitely be back and highly recommend you and the great service you provide."
"The staff was incredibly/extremely knowledgeable, helpful and detailed in explaining all of my options and they really went above and beyond to help me find everything I needed."
"These guys are absolutely brilliant 100% on customer service. Always with a smile."

"Incredibly professional customer service in stressful times. Highly responsive over email and showing a sincere desire to help in person. Couldnt recommend them highly enough."

Value for Money
Pros:
"A bit more expensive than a ‘normal bike service’ but definitely worth it."
"Really reasonable price, and fast turnaround."
"These guys are extraordinary – professional, knowledgeable and helpful."
"Really helpful behind the counter, bought a lock and lights from them - took time to talk through what I needed and even offered me cheaper alternatives from the shelf to help save some money."
"The guys at Cycle Spirit are not just meticulous and through, but also considerate and welcoming. I’ve trusted them with both my bikes and they have given both the TLC expected and not tried to over sell or find issues that don’t exist… highly Recommend."
