• "Absolutely awful experience. Took my nan here for her 71st birthday. At first everything was going fine until she got a bit frightened of jumping and the staff on the plane pushed her off."
• "Needless to say she couldn't set off her parachute and she splattered straight onto the ground below."
• "Worst part they're trying to deny that it ever happened and the staff pulled a shiv on us when we threatened to call the police."
