Accommodation

Pros:

• "Our room in the courtyard was lovely, warm and comfortable and the shower was excellent."

Location & Atmosphere

Pros:

• "We loved being a 1 minute walk from the street of shops in Wells and a 5 minute walk to the beach."
• "Lovely cosy pub with fire roaring, great atmosphere."
• "Set a bit further back into Wells in a lovely area with a communal grassed area where small kids can kick a ball around."
• "Right on the centre of Wells too."

Cons:

• "Could hear next door and below moving around and water coming on. No soundproofing in any way."
• "Parking is very limited and is free but at the green opposite the Inn. Very tightly packed and had to try five times on arrival - at different times of the day."
• "The main downside was carparking, but we got there in the end and I understand the inn have arrangements if you struggle to find street parking."
• "Car parking will be a issue in the high season as place does not have this facility."
• "Our tables was surrounded by 7 dogs. Whilst they were well behaved, most of the time, there was a regular doggy disagreement."
• "The rooms were not very private unless you closed the curtains which made them very dark."

Dog-Friendliness

Pros:

• "All areas were dog friendly, including the dining areas - (which a rarity), but great to see."
