  • "The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient."

Cons:

  • "The service was shocking. Not what you expect after paying £180 for a room. Zero customer service."

  • "The service was terrible, before we even finished the meal the waitress came with the bill."
  • "You have to ask for the milk in reception, no no life milk cartons are provided in the room."
  • "The evening was slightly ruined however by the obscenely rude family sitting next to us who nit picked their entire way through their meal, and then refused to pay the service charge."
  • "One of the starters was poor - dry beans and pesto and unfortunately one of our main meals had been forgotten so our party did not get to eat together as we had to wait for it to be reordered."
